Hi there!

My name is Whitney Pacheco Brum Soares. I’m a mom, wife, business partner, realtor and interior designer. I started my journey as a construction office assistant in 2014, before working my way up to project manager in 2016. My tasks included working one on one with customers to design their space - selecting custom finishes, and making each home unique to them.

Around that time, I discovered my passion for real estate and became a licensed realtor, and shortly thereafter moved into buying real estate and renovating homes with my husband - we are partners in life and in business! It’s been an amazing journey, side by side, and I’m so thankful.

Well Placed Interiors is a culmination of a lifetime of love of design. When I’m not working, I’m scrolling through home inspo and creating visuals. It is safe to say that Interior design is always on my mind. I am either planning for or looking for my next project.

My favorite challenge is taking a blank space and turning it into something beautiful. I love home organization and helping people find the best use of their space. Function is key. I’m a huge fan of black and white minimalism. A clean, clutter free space just speaks to me. This career brings truly brings me happiness - whether it’s finding the perfect tile backsplash or finding the perfect backyard - the sky's the limit!
